  1. That is so impressive! Congratulations Maybe I should take up bodybuilding. My BMI is 18 (I weigh 52.5kg but should weigh 56kg minimum). I do a lot of walking but was thinking of trying out exercising with resistance bands. Weight-lifting would probably give me a hernia at my age! Keep up the good work. I’m looking forward to seeing your picture when you reach your target weight.
