I do a lot of walking but was thinking of trying out exercising with resistance bands. Weight-lifting would probably give me a hernia at my age! Keep up the good work. Resistance bands are cool.
Plus the weights that you lift don’t have to be heavy.
Just do what you can, It’s all that matters.
If you do stretching daily you will be fine.
